Factory fog light wiring...

I have a general question about fog light wiring. I know that to pass inspection around here any fog lights on a vehicle must go off with the high beams. No problem, use the low beam headlight wire as the trigger wire. But...how do you wire fog lights up, so that they come on with just the parking lights, and still go off with the high beams???

So basically I want to be able to cruise around with just parking lights and fog lights on. But still have them function properly. Thanks in advance for any help.

Justin
