wipers or turn signals dont work!

wipers or my turn signals dont work ( ive checked fuses ) could it be the relay switch? any ideas?

More like the pivot and switch assembly inside the steering column or the wiring for it. The wiring connector for it is located on the right side of the steering column under the dash near the firewall. This is the switch inside the steering column that the multifunction lever connects too.
