The car is dead

Ok, I have a 90 3.1 Camaro and for some reason It doesnt do anything at all when i turn the key. When I first got it it started, it sat for like 2 months then I went to start it again and it tried starting and wouldnt turn over so I looked under the car and the starter was sparking so I changed it.

I went to start it again and nothing clicking and everything was turning and it never turned over. I went and got the altonator tested and it was shot so I spent more money on that and a new belt.

So then I went to start it again nothing at all this time. I mean nothing not a sound at all, I looked at the headlights to see if I had juice they werent on. I looked at the brakes and they worked. I looked at all the fuses and they are fine. So I played with the fuse box a little shaking wires and stuff and the headlights turned on I tried the car it ran for like 3 secs then shut off and everything went dead.

I think the car was rewired with the past owner I found tons of blue wires all under the carpet under the rear seats.

Any Ideas?

Start tracing the wires you think don't belong there, you'll probably find wirenuts or something equally cheesy splicing wires together.
