what are the best plug and plug wires for efficiency and performance? My gas milage went to hell and at about 3/4 throttle it stutters a little bit. Any comments?

And, by all means, replace the dist. cap and rotor. These electronic distributors move the spark all around and those terminals get ate up in time. Do it.
