84" Lights wiring schematic
The lights from the guages to the headlights and turn signals are acting up a little and i think its just some faulty wiring. Here the deal, turned headlights on today, right one good, left one extremely dim, so i swapped sides, same thing, left turnsignal dont work, but they do work on hazards, but front ones are not in sequence, the parking lamps that is, right side fender lights stays lit, and never flashes, and finally sometimes when you turn on the headlights, it makes the guages go crazy, and if you push really hard on the center of the cluster the start working right.
So does anyone have a schematic (spelling) for a 84 camaro, 305 HO.
thanks
Kevin

For the gauges, Same thing happened to me. On the film traces in the back of the gauge cluster one or more sections had a hairline crack. All i did was solder a wire jumper across the brake. That fixed it real quick. Also check for corrosion on the headlight connectors. My daily driver aspire's right head light was dim. turned out there was some corrosion. clean them with some electrical contact cleaner and lube them up with dielectric grease. Worked wonders
