HELP me eliminate oil pressure switch

I am installing new gauges, one of them being an oil pressure gauge. I also have long tube headers and the switch is too close for comfort. The old school switches are two wires and all you need to do is jump the wire. I have an 89 formula and the oil pressure switch is 3 wires. I don't have the shop manuals and dont know how to bypass this switch.

The oil pressure switch is a backup for the fuel pump relay. It doesn't need to be bypassed, it can just be eliminated.

If it's too close to your headers, you could relocate it to the top of the block.

Some LG4s had electric "helper" fuel pumps, and on those cars the oil pressure switch turned on the pump. AFAIK, all the LG4s had their oil pressure sender or warning light switch on the top of the block.

That's the head of a pipe plug in the oil galley. If it wasn't there you'd have a fountain of oil from the unusued hole.
