Once again I replace4d the fuse and it hasnt blown but the lights still dont work. the light switch has power but the fuse and the plugs on the cluster dont. Try checking the "TAIL" fuse on the fuse panel, have you noticed any other lights out besides the instrument lights when you turn the light switch on? Say, the tail lights, shifter lights, A/C control lights maybe.
