turn signals/hazard light problem

well on my way home tonight my turn signals and hazards just stopped working

ive replaced both flashers on hooked to the fuse box
and the one in the "not so convenience" center
both the Turn B/U and the Stop Haz fuses
and all the blubs look fine

ive looked for all the ground wires all seem fine

i cant figure it out the dash arrows are not working as well

the parking/driveing lights work as normal

ive looked in the service manual and checked the forums here and i cant find an answer as i think ive checked every thing

nothing appers to be unhooked

is there anything im missing that would cause both the hazards and turn signals to stop working ?

edit 20 min after i posted this i found the problem
there is a connector with a crap load of wires on the steering column it was only partly unplugged
8 hours of trying to figure this out and its a freaking connector
lol hopefully this topic will help someone that has the same problem

That was the turn signal connector on the right side of the steering column.

im tempted to take a photo of it so nobody else gets into this problem there is 2 connetors there that look similar
one that the wires have some play
and one that is very tight fitting

its the tight fitting one i would have thought gm would have thought to let the wires have a little play

im now thinking that cause i let my girlfreind drive the car not to long ago
"she has a habit of moveing the tilt wheel alot when getting in and out of the car"
that that may have caused it to be a tad loose and when i was driveing today it just pulled out a hair and hence my problem
lol
