Transducer???

Where in the fudge is the transducer??? My electric fan stopped working, we realized we're not getting ground....the relay is fine, the fan is fine, my book says since I have a guage then I have a transducer. My question then becomes, what the fudge is a transducer and where is it so we get can to it and get this over with?? Thanks!

What book are you looking at and are you talking about the coolant fan. Also is this on the 87 camaro listed in your profile?

For the time being we just stuck a few wires through to the fan, and hooked it up to a manual switch. Grr...i feel so white trash.

I believe that what the Haynes (?) manual that you are using is referring to is the fan pressure switch. It is located in the high pressure A/C line on the right side of the engine compartment. If you need a schematic of it let me know.
