Are you installing it yourself or having someone else do it? Do you want anything else (power windows, alarm, etc)..

Well, i am not too experienced with electronics but im not an idiot lol, so i guess it would depend on the difficulty of the project and what's involved, I already have power windows, and does it make it easier to install an alarm when i do the remote start because i would do that too if its not too much trouble...

Compustar makes a fine alarm with a remote start feature. It has a two way, paging remote and will work on manual transmissions. Professional installation only. Geuss on cost since I got mine discounted, about $600-$700 depending on bells and whistles.

For $70 you can get one from Target. Remote start, unlock, panic, lights turn on, and remote trunk pop. A good 2 hour install if you are soldering.

You can't put those on a manual transmission, like I have. There are only 3 or or 4 brands out there that you can, and all require professional install.
