How do I bypass the Passkey Module

I just did a v-8 swap in a 86 camaro, and I cant get it to start. The motor and trans came out of a friends wrecked car that worked, and the wiring harness came from the junk yard. It is all hooked up and cranks but doesnt start. I dont think the key matches the code in the passkey module, but I tried all the options for resistors and no luck. Is there a way to direct wire it, or what can I do? I dont have alot of money.

Thanks Guys

Dan

Unless you took the wiring and ECM from a 1989 or later model camaro you do not have the PASS-KEY module in your car. If you did then you would not even be able to crank the car since it would disable the starter as well as the fuel injectors.

Or can I use a ECM and chip for a TBI truck to fix the problem? I have a 89 TBI truck ECM laying around. If I cant do this cheap or free, I will go carb I guess, it just suck with gas at $3 a gallon driving my blazer that gets 8 mpg.
