Fan will not shut off

On my '84 TA (L69) my electric fan will not shut off after you turn off the car.. I have to disconnect the battery then reconnect it. Any ideas?

Oh yeah, it comes on as soon as you turn the key as well. Even cold. Single fan... I removed the AC as well. Thought it might have to do with the low pressure switch or something?

Axle/Gears: 3.08 9 bolt

bad relay... the fan shouldnt stay one when the key is off. Check the relay.
