Car won't start

Alright, I get no crank when i turn the key. Security light functions as normal. The green wire at the neutral safty switch has no power with key in start/Run. Disconnected ignition switch and both Red wires on C1 and C2 have power but Yellow does not. I have been trying to locate the starter enable relay but i can't find it. Does anyone have a pic of where it may be? The book tells me to check power there next but i can't find it. Is it part of the ignition switch?
Problem just started all of the sudden. Started the car and moved it out of the garage and when i went to pull it back in.... no crank. I took the starter into Auto Zone and had it tested. Of course it tested bad so i replaced the Solenoid and it tested good. I put it back in the car and still nothing? I want to pull my hair out. My TTops have no seals( i pulled them to replace them) and i have to cover the car with plastic every night.
Any ideas?

I found the relay and jumpered it out (starter enable relay). and the engine cranked but didn't start. I tried to find a relay online and no one stocks it and auto zone says special order but they don't know where from?!?!?!?!?!? I hope that relay is the problem. I'm sure that the relay has a contact in it htat alows the engine to continue running without the starter being engaged so when i swap it i hope it works.

have you checked the vat system it controls crank and spark I belive I had to change my vats module it is located on the backside of the dash on the passenger side above the heater box and is easiest to get to by laying the whole dash forward. hope this helps sean

Thanks Sean that was my first guess also. I jumpered the system with resistor like the tech article said and it still didn't work. But when i jumpered the starter enable relay the engine cranked so i am guessing that the relay is bad. When i replace it i'll post if it works.
Thanks again for the tip
