fog lights quit in 1989 GTA

My foglights just quit for some reason. The drivers side has recently burnt out. After I replaced the bulb I tested it and it worked fine. But now, about a week later, neither one will come on. Is there a fuse for the foglights? Where is the relay and how do I test it? Since I have to fix them anyways, should I rewire them at this time? I did a search on "foglights" and read through 10 pages of results and still found no clue as to diagnose my problem. Thanks for any help you can offer.

No one knows if there are any fuses or breakers to check and where they're located?

yeah, there's a fuse block behind the driver's side hush panel. Try there first. I'm pretty sure there's a fog light fuse.
