Does anyone have engine and dash wiring diagrams for 88 f/bird w/2.8 engine and a/t ?I bought a 88 f/bird that a butcher swapped from a 2.8 to a 350 w/carb.Am a experienced auto technician and I would like to remove the computer harness from under hood leaving only the vss operable. The guages aren't connected,so I need to find the wires that connect to the sending units.any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Is the project vehicle equipped with a manual or auto trans? If it's the TH700-R4 auto, you may have to retain the TPS as well, or use some means other than the ECM to control the TCC lockup.
