How bad did I do??

Hi, I just relocated my coil on the A/C delete box. However I did not salter (spelling) anything. I cut the pigtails off the two connectors going from to the coil and than I used the same gauge wires to extend them. I twisted all the ends pretty good and I taped them to death. From there I taped all the wires together and I put them inside the plastic wire cover. Do you think they will be fine. Or should I go in and salter or sauter them??!?!?
Thanks.

Why wouldn't you solder them? Solder and heatshrink are your friend.

It was mighty cold outside! You think I'll be OK for now!

I doubt its going anywhere, just if your blower cuts out you know where to look! Personally I'd wait for a nice day and fix it all up, but honestly you could probably be fine the way it is.
