Everything died-again

Let me start on what i have that is new:

ECM
Alternator
Battery
ignition switch

This is my post from a local f-bod site.

"
Anyone every changed the ignition switch on a 3rd gen? I had Joe Blow change mine about2 years ago and today i was going down the interstate and and everything just die . This is what i have so far:

New Battery
New Alternator
Dome Lights
Headlights
Dashlights
Fusible Links are good
Fuses are good
Grouds are good
Starter is on a manual switch (long story, check my post)

What i dont have:
Power to the fuse block
Power windows
**Power Locks** I can hear something clicking under the dash but the locks arent moving
Power to the ECM
Gauges
Brake Lights
Blower Motor Heat/A*C

My only guess from here is the shawdy job on the ignition switch. I have had it lock up on me a few times where i couldnt get the key out but fooling with it for a while i managed to get the key out each time. I need to change my Cylinder Lock and Key anyways but i cant afford a new column from where someone tried to steal it.

*I have taken the airbag, cover, sterring bezel, and etc. off to change the first Ign. switch but i didnt have a steering wheel puller so i put it all back together and payed someone to change it. I ahve a steering wheel puller now but i have never used it and dont want to get into something over my head.*

Thanks

I just droped the steering cloumn and in the process the fuel pump primed and i got power for just one sec. As i was sifting through the wires it came on and off a few more times. I got to the ignition switch but i tried jumping all the wires across the harnesses at the ign. switch but got nothing. Going to take some pics. Trickster? Youve got me back and going several times. If you get me going this time i think that youll have to send me a bill

Thanks

I dont know what i did but i can now backfeed through the fuse panel and get all my power acc. back including VATS and my fuel pump. Is there some kind of main fuse or relay? I have the complete column torn apiece now. I hooked up the new Ign. Switch but it isnt doing anything either so im assuming that my other one is still good.

Im also getting 12v through the 10awg red wire at the ign. switch. Is that the main feed to the ign. switch? Its the only one with 12 volts constant.

I got the car cranked by backfeeding the fuse panel. I dont have a jack so i cant get under the car to see if any fuseable links are bad. Reading the schematics it seems that there is a few fuseable links around the starter and solenoid assembly.

Thanks

They are right next to the battery. There is a distribution block that they all come out of. Usually, 2 lead to the starter, 1 leads to the altenator, and another leads to I believe the fan relay. You can access them from above the hood easily.
