inflatable restraint grounding

I need to know the proper ground locations for the inflattable restraint wire coming out of c100 bulk head connector. Does it get grounded to the back of the DRIVER'S side cylinder head? ALso, the other blk/wht wire also coming from the c100 connection(pinout label: ENGINE) get spliced with it? My presumption is that it gets spliced with the ac and grounded behind drivers cyl head. Location or wiring diagrams would help. -Thanks

car is origionally a 92 305TBI (RS)
-has ac

The ground for it is at the rear of the left hand cylinder head and the wire for it is at pin "F8" of connector C100.
