not enough juice

My problem is the car will start when cold but won't when hot. I mean it wont turn over its like a kill switch had been activated cause all the accesseries come on. but when i boost it will. the batter is a 650 cc amps. at night with the lights on and the radio on it will click on and of no amp. The altenater is putting out 14.5 volts to keep the battery charged also if i turn on the windsheild wipers with the ac on they are real slow. New starter. new igniion swith and new key cylinder switch. the guage show 13 volts until u cut the car off and restart it drops down to 11. with is not enough to crank while its warm. any suggestions on what the problem is?

Check the battery with a parasitic drain test, battery connections, and then take a look at the starter. You must diagnose your car when it doesn't start. For example, take the voltage drops from the starter. If you are having power problems when the car is on, load test the alternator and battery as well as performing a starter draw test.
