Fan works in all positions but high

I did a TPI wiring and engine swap in my 91 RS a while back and there's one thing that's been annoying me to death, my fan blower works on all settings but high. I can't find what wire is used for the high setting, anyone know what i should be looking for here? The harness is from an 89 TPI Trans Am, dash wiring is still the stock 91 RS.

The fan is operated through the resistor array in the three lower speeds, and through the relay on high speed. The relay has a power source directly from the battery via a fusible link. Check the relay and fuse link.
