Fuses
It seems like I'm missing a lot of fuses, or are these supposed to not be there. Anyway, I'm missing the ign fuses in the upper right, is this big problem.

Those are not lugs for a fuse, but are taps for accessory ignition power (same as the inst lamp tap adjacent to the IGN taps).
Incidentally, the INST LAMP fuse should be a 5A, not a 15A as you have installed. The solid state dimmer control may not be adequately protected with a 15A fuse in there.
