power outlet wiring conversion, 4th to 3rd gen

I just changed over to a 99TA center console and i need to hook up my power outlets so i can use my Gtech... My old outlet had 2 wires and this one has 3 prongs, the person didnt give me any part of the harness when i bought my console but i didnt expect him to, any help is greatly appriciated.

ones probably a light. get a meter and check resistance to the outlet. see which prong gets u a 0 ohm reading when u have one lead on the prong and one on the center contact. you want 12v on the center and ground on the outside.
