i have an 85 firebird and i got my fog lights off of an 89 don't know if there the same mine had 3 wires, i took the prongs where you plug the wires into off of the 89 and the wires as well, i simpily ran the wires on the driver side of the car and drilled a whole near the gas pedel and sealed it then wired it to a power source and i got fog lights, i don't know the how the wires look on yours but for me is was just laying the wires out and getting them into the car and finding a power source which under the dash is very easy, just don't hit any wires when drilling.
