Maybe you guys can help with my newer one. No power to starter, with jumper wire car will turn over but not start. fuel pump comes on, but not sure of injector pulse or not. Will check that and fire once I get it to shop.

But this seems like anti-theft issue similar to vats. So will the resistor bypass work here?

 

Well, turned out to be vats,resistor cured problem. Just shows that gm is still using same pos ignition switch in tilt colums. Almost always a broken wire.
