Help with last few remaining connections?
After a head swap and header installation, I'm getting down to the last few wires. Maybe I've been looking at it for to long, but I can't find where these last 4 connections go. Anyone know? Pics are at the below link.
Where do the connect
Thanks,
Dan

I have the cost start injector plugged in on the back left of motor? What a pain all of this wiring and vacum tubing is. Heads and headers weren't to bad. Putting all the wiring and hoses back on has taken way more time. I even took 5-6 pics before hand. Pics helped a bunch, but I can't see every conneciton.

To the top...
I have to be overlooking a couple of connection. I figured out that one of the front ones goes to a sensor, but still haven't located the place for the 10th injeciton connection or the connections by the coil/distributor. I'll take a fresh look in the morning.
Thanks,
Dan

The first pic goes to the ignition module. The second looks like the one that plugs into a short harness that goes to the air temp sensor under the upper plenum on the drivers side. The third pic( first on bottom row) is definitely an injector plug of some sort, The last pic looks like the coolant temp sensor on the lower intake under the throttle body.

Bingo helped with a couple. Totally overlooked the one that went under the rear plenum and the one that plugged into the EGR Solenoid. I'm still looking for where to plug in a single wire connector that comes out of the harness right by the oild pressure sendor - by the distributor. I don't have a pic of this yet.
On the AIR system, does a line fo to the exhause system - down after the y pipe? I have a left over AIR connection and I think this is where it connects. I pu the headers on anf can't remember where this connects.
Thanks,
Dan

That single wire most likely goes to the EGR temp sensor in the EGR valve. The two air connectors go under a black cover that mounts above the passenger side exhaust manifold that is connected by a tube to the smog pump.

Almost done! I have the AIR figured out. I still can't find where the single wire connection goes that's near the oil sendor. I already have the EGR wire plugged in. I also can't find the 3rd tube that connects to the EGR solenoid? It's the one that has the clip around it on the opposite end of the 2 slightly smaller tubes?
Thanks,
Dan

The EGR vacuum has 1 line under the throttle body( the long one), 1 on the valve(the short one) and two on the solenoid (the two that are together). I don't believe there is a third, I think that is a vent

Thanks bingo. I think I have it hooked up OK then if the 3rd outlet is the vent. I did a search on this, and the vent filter seems to disappear.
Getting close to firing it up! Hoefully it will fire

I had a similiar wire(single wire) in my harness. It was dirty and had cobwebs in it. It wasn't hooked up and caused no problems. If the wire is purple it goes to the O2 sensor. Your headers may not have a fitting. I have tore apart two TPI engines, you get pretty familiar with the wiring.

I'll get a pic and post. It's not in the pics - I found it later on. It exits the harness at the same place as the oil pressure sendor at the back of the manifold. It's only about 8 inches long and is one of those watertight snap connectors with I think a grean seal ring. I've looked everywhere within reach of the wire, and I can't find anything. I have to be overlooking it or maybe it's stuck down behind the motor somewhere.
Thanks,
Dan
