wiper/turn signal problem

Ok heres the deal. My wipers and turn signals are not working. The turn b/u fuse is not blown. The wiper motor doesnt seem to get power. I have checked wiring and cannot seem to find any broken wiring. The wipers went out first but the signals still worked now neither are working. The high beams do work as with the hazard lights. Head lights, brake lights are all working. Is there a seperate relay/ circuit braker. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
