problems finding wires.
ok so i have the factory service manual for my car. 92 camaro. im doing an ls1 swap. and i need to splice into a 12v power source (hot during start and run). now i found that the pink wire coming from the steering column would be a good wire. the only problem is i go down to check for the wire and there are a bunch of pink wires.
would this cause a problem if i spliced at the bottum of the steering column if i wanted to keep my nutrual safty switch for my manual?
now i also need a 12v battery power source (hot at all times) i found that the yellow wire coming out of the bottum of the column would be a good wone but there are a bunch as well.
do i just choose one? or what?
ill be posting more questions if i run in to any more problems.
thanks.

there should be some empty slots in your fuse block that run 12v constant and 12v acc. I'd go with one of those. I've got my CB running constant through one and my fan running ACC through one.
