turn signal relay?

turn signal relay?
I was at school for a couple weeks and when i got back to use my car the left turn signal indicator is always on and none of the turn signals work. the hazards do work. do i just need to replace the relay to fix this?

most likly just the signal relay. replace it...if that turns out not to be it just return the part. lol. it's only about $8
