taillight problem

From: Reading, MI,
Car: '85 Firebird
Engine: 2.8 V6
Transmission: stock BW 5 spd.
Axle/Gears: stock 3.42
taillight problem
my reverse lights are really dim, i can't see anything.... i about backed into a tree the other night, how can i fix this?
