Horn HELP!

I installed a grant steering wheel a few days ago and pulled it cause I felt it was off center. Now when I try to reconnect my horn setup it stops working. I replaced the relay and still nothing. I have searched up and down whats the next step? The contacts inside the steering column?

HELP! MY dumb parents wont let me drive w/o a horn. BTW I did a grant steering wheel. Does anyone know how to pull the raw metal adapter that you first put on so I can check the wiring inside the column? Also when I was working on it I had the horn going off for a good 45mins on and off, mostly on. Could this burn my horn out?
