i dont know what is wrong with my car but i dont get power to most of my fuses right now i have the radio wired into the windsheild wiper because my radio fuse gets no juice and i cant find out why because my test light wont pick up power on most of my fuses even my cigarette light gets no power. any ideas on what i can do to rid myself of this pest . thanks
