getting rid of vats and the key
i have an 89 camero RS and would like to get rid of the whole vats system including replacing the ignition and all . Can anyone help me out

Axle/Gears: 2.42 too high
if it has starter disable, you will need to bypass that with some wiring work.
to find out how to get around the stater disable relay you can use the wiring diagram about half way down the page here,

there are 2 ways around for fuel enable.
first is to burn a prom with VATS turned off, if you can't do that then you need one of these,
