Ongoing fuse problem

I replaced the fuse in my car a couple time and everytime i change it, my dome, mirror, and hood lights stay on for a while, but when i come back, they dont come back on again. I pull the fuse, looks fine, put it back in, and still doesnt work. And no, i dont leave my lights on. It requires a 20, but 20s wouldnt stay, and nor would 25s.

You need to better state the problem.

Is the fuse blown? You say that they look fine. Does that mean they are fine?

What is a hood light?

Mirror light?

Do you mean all interior lights and the light under the hood?

Are you checking it by opening the door or by the dash switch. A door switch could be sticking and giving intermitent problems.

The under hood light switch is gravity controled and can need adjustment. If it is loose getting in and out of the car can be enough not to make it work.
