Turn Indicator Headlight Issue
I searched and couldn't find this exactly, so sorry if I'm beating around the bush on it. My right turn signal works perfectly when the headlights are off, but when the headlights are turned on, I get nothing. The bulb just stays constantly on.
The indicator in the gauge panel isn't working at all anymore, as well. Headlights off or on, doesn't matter, the bulb won't flash. The left works perfectly -- with the headlights off, I can hear the signal working on top of the bulb working. With headlights on, no signal 'tick' nor bulb.
Is this something to do with the gauge cluster? It's an 84, so there's just the single bulb in the front turn signal. Maybe another bulb or flasher issue?

But would the flasher relay actually be causing problems only when the headlights are on? I sort of figured it would be completely off, no matter what I changed or factored into it. If it were another bulb, wouldn't it constantly be a problem as well?
I'll probably pull the gauge cluster and take a look at that bulb. It's been going off/on intermittently for quite a while, to be honest. Would that posisbly cause it, though?

Does anyone have an exorcist available? I checked all the bulbs, relays, and connections for the entire turn signal assembly and absolutely NOTHING! Then, all of a sudden, when driving to work today, the thing starts magically working perfectly again. It's currently flashing away with aplomb upon turning!
I'm thinking it's a connection or a ground that gets jostled and slips out. Possibly the relay jiggles loose or something when I hit huge bumps? Really confusing stuff, but the turn signal demon seems to be appeased for the time being, and they work, so no complaints from me!
