out of gas

can you use the existing fuel sending unit ,with a aftermarket fuel gauge? also what color is the wire that feeds to the sending unit?,and where is it located? thanx for any help.....

yes you can, you just need to find a gauge that uses a 0 - 90 ohm scale.
