I want to add two LCD monitors to my car it say's they come with a 12v plug will that pull too much power and blow a fuse? the plug in the ash tray is connected to a 20 amp fuse will it blow out?
and if so how do I install them and not have that problem?

Depends on the power draw of the monitors. You might consider wiring a discrete circuit with a fuse for each one from a good keyed power source.

I think it will work, my LCD monitor only pulled a few amps at the most. Find the current ratings and add them up- if it pops a fuse then check here how to wire it up properly.
