power locks/windows questions...

power locks/windows questions...
Okay, so i've looked up quiet a bit on this subject, but still am confused about a few things.
1. my car did not come factory with power window or locks, but does it have a plug in the harness so if i get the window wireing it will pluig right up? And also will it for the power locks? I know i see at least two plastic wireing xonnectors that aren;t being used under there....will have to look more tommorow...
2. how do i get the manual windows off those darn tracks! and how do i put the power ones on? is there a secret to doing this without damaging the window tracks?
