Wiring Issues, (Hatch) Please help!
Alrighty, I start by saying I searched the forum already.
Next, the Gears are fine, the Motor has been tested and functions, everything has been cleaned and checked for wear, the relay is brand new, and there is power going to the unit.
Now my deliema.
The power pull pull down did work. But was intermitent due to faulty wiring, in the 4 wire connector that attaches to the unit. So I went to the junk yard and pulled a good connector off of another car, and spliced it into the old wiring harness.
Now the unit is stuck in the "up" Position, and when the switch is depressed to make the motor pull down, the relay clicks, and nothing happens. The motor doesnt even try to move, and I know the motor works.
We checked and replaced a blown fuse, so its not this either, there is power to the relay.
The Blue wire has power all the time.
The Orange wire has no power at any time.
The white wire have power untill you depress the switch. (Pulled down position)
The Brown wire is the same as the white.
I have them in the order (looking straight at it, motor down and on the left) Brown, Orange, White, Blue.
I have no idea why it wont pull down now, as it did, the relay works, the motor works, and the fuse isnt blown.
The only other thing im going to do is solder the wires together and heat shrink them to try and get a better connection and see if this is the problem.
And any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!
I can take pictures if anyone needs them. Thanks!!

While holding the activating switch down, have you tried moving the motor / assembly forward or back to see if it will activate?

Yea, the unit doesnt move at all.
No power to the motor. The relay clicks, and there is power to the 4 wire plug, just the motor wont turn.
