The fans in my car have stopped working. I've a 1992 Z28 with dual fans. I spliced into the line a long time ago so I could turn the secondary fan on at will. I noticed my fans are not working at all??? I hear a click when I turn the switch on. I also hear a click when I turn the key to the on position. Now, I did expose the wire I tapped into and then touched it to ground and heard a click. WTH??? What do I need to do? I also put a test light on the fan wires and there is no power???
