91' Z28 Blowing AC Fuses !!!! Help !!!

I replaced the resistor the blower motor and checked all of the wiring from the compressor and blower. I'm stumped. I put a 25amp circuit breaker in place of the blown fuse and the blower runs great until I move the control to Max or Norm AC and when the compressor kicks on within a few minutes the blower shuts off. Can anybody help me ??? I replaced the ac control panel thinking it might be the controls but, it wasn't. What next ??? Could it be a ground problem ???

One easy thing to check would be to pull the connector on the A/C clutch and try if you still blow the fuse. If not, it's most likely a bad clutch.
