Re: what do these connect too?
Pic #2...My bet is the one on the left in that pic, is the relay.
Since mine is a Pontiac, my air intake is on that side, and its a bit hard to see down in there, without pulling the filter box, which means the MAF, and half the air intake, would be loose.
I'm sure a more Camaro knowledgable person will chime in.

Picture 1 the 2 plugs: those 2 plugs look like connectors for an air pump. Which i see you have headers and it looks like the air system was pulled off. Ill check my car tommaro to see if the plugs look the same as mine(i removed my air pump) but they do fit the right location where an air pump would be.
Picture 2 those are 2 relays, do you have 2 fans?

Looks like you have some wire tracing to do. I agree with the above post the wire you are showing are for the fan circut. Attached is a web link to a very accurate diagram of your wiring. GO to the link that says "Electrical" and take your time. You'll find the answers to your questions. Good Luck I hope this helps.www.Chevythunder.com

Small orange wire is the constant wire for the ECM. I no longer have it or the ECM with my 355/carb and everything else works. So I believe it ties to nothing else. Ill check the DealerSeviceManual I have and will chime back If I am wrong.
