as stated i need to find out where the fog light relay is on a 91 z

 

I think it is close to the switch, under the dash. It should have brown, light green, light blue and yellow wires.

Hi,

Unless they changed wiring setup between 87 and 91
its probably along the drivers side upper fenderwheel
between firewall and front radiator support.

I know that Firebirds have them under the hood but on my 1991 Z28, it's under the dash. Not sure when they moved it.
Now you made me want to disassemble my dash to look for the relay again and check if it's factory or home-made.
