Hey guys... My friend's car has this wire disconnected... and was hoping someone here could Identify where / what it should go to?

Looks like a wire someone added. The OEM wouldnt just put that one wire through the grommet by itself, much less left it without some wire loom.

 

Hmm, the hole and the grommet look so original though... and it does end up going into wire loom near the fuel cansiter... are you sure your car doesn't have a hole there? Thanks for the quick response.
