No brake lights or turn signals
No brake lights or turn signals
My car has been a work in progress for the past year or two, as I came about completing the drivetrain I recently noticed that I have no brake lights or directionals/4 ways.
As I said the car has been sitting. Today I put 4 new 1157's in the rear and changed the size 20 brake/hazard fuse, still no results.
The running lights do come on when the headlights are on.
I have an aftermarket brake switch in the car which is part of my TC lockup kit, I removed that checked for power at the switch, there is, dissasembled the switch, all seems well. The two wires going to the switch which are for the brakes are gray and brown, connecting these two wires directly (completing the circut) still provides me with no brake lights.
I'm unsure where to look to next, I've searched throughly through previous posts and dont know what the next step is.
I'm not to keen on electronics, please someone help me so I can get the car back on the streets.
