Headlights work, not at right time.

OK, here it is, I changed all four of my headlights over to sylvania silver stars. Turned the lights on to see if I could tell a difference. Both lows came on. Fliped the brights on and both brights came on. Problem is when the brights are clicked on, the drivers side low clicks off, passenger low stays on though. Click bright off and the both lows come back on. What gives? all I did was change the headlights. 92 Camaro by the way.
