Hi, my 85 trans am harness was cut up very badly and im thinking if i cant get a harness cheaply, I want to try to use my harness out of my 83 firebird. I noticed the car has a barometer sensor and a lil four prong box near the map sensor on drivers side. If i used my ecm and harness outta the 83 would it work??? Or should i just buy a 85 harness?

 

Don't mess around a buy an 85 harness. You'll be replacing the entire harness anyway, so why not do it properly? I don't think they're the same.
