Starter Enable Relay
where is it? I've read that its suppose to be be hide the driver side kick panel, but I've taken it off and theres nothing there. so any advice would be greatly appreciated. The car is a 92 firebird

there some black sticky stuff covering a hole behind the kick panel it is in there.

i've also pulled the black stuff back and stuck my hand in there and dug around to see if it was there but i can't find it. I have also done more research on it and what i've come up with is that they relocated it to be hide the dash and it was only for the 92 model year. Does anyone know a way to get to it without removing the dash?
