Voltage gauge in Dash BAD?

Engine: 305tpi 215hp LB9 two bolt,
Transmission: th-700r4
Axle/Gears: stock (3.27)
Voltage gauge in Dash BAD?
Hey My voltage gauge in my dash is bad, I was wondering if you guys could help me. THE Voltage gauge in the dash reads ZERO in the key "on posistion". the car turns on and runs, i replaced the voltage regulator, because i checked the wiring diagrams and the the cluster gAUGE is wired to it. i think its the volt meter itself.
