Re: turn signal always on

recheck all the bulbs and connections , i will bet you will find dirty connections some where . just re-clean all connections and check grounds . a little di-electric grease on cleaned contacts is always good . maybe a bad power lead somewhere , but i think just poor connections . LOL

Re: turn signal always on

Had the same problem, signals worked fine, but the dash indicator was lit dimly with the lights on. Turns out the previous owner in his infinite wisdom had installed an incorrect bulb in the side marker. What I found there was something much larger than a 194 with the same wedge base. The bulb I pulled out was, I think, a 921 and was forced against the side marker lens. I only noticed it because there was a hot spot on the lens. Since the bulb was too big, it sat at an angle (the only way it could go) and created a slight short across the socket. Needless to say, I had to replace the bulb and the socket which was toasted by then.

Re: turn signal always on

try checking the gasket under your dash cluster around the turn indicator, light may be spilling from the dash lights to the turn signal indicator

Re: turn signal always on

My Camaro did the same thing only both arrows stayed lit up, the car had the wrong parking/turn signal bulbs, the base was the same but the glass was different. I put in the right bulbs and my turn signals started working and the arrows aren't lit up all the time now.
