wiper motor slow time to replace??

wiper motor slow time to replace??

when wiper motor is on low it goes rather slower then usual and on high its not impressive either on every bird ive owned they all act the same slow is it time to replace or is it just how they run??

Mine fried about two years ago and I put in a brand new motor... it doesn't seem any faster. I guess it is just how they are.

maybe upgrade the ground, it definatly won't hurt, and I have seen a bad ground cause a slow wiper on an s10
